Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply throughout the document unless context clearly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the zet4d Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. zet4d enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesia market. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register as Users.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any such person, of zet4d or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or payment partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cool-off, or exclusion order imposed by zet4d or any other gambling operator with which zet4d has a reciprocal exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law at the time of access.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. zet4d reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts — whether in the same name, using the same device, or using the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, zet4d reserves the right to close all such Accounts, forfeit any pending Wagers, and withhold any associated Bonus Funds.

During registration, you must provide the following information truthfully and accurately:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document)
• Date of birth
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Valid email address
• Valid mobile phone number
• Preferred payment method details (bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. zet4d strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not reused across other services. You must notify zet4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal request, zet4d will require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, passport, or driving licence) and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is also triggered where unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by zet4d may result in Account suspension.

zet4d supports the following payment methods for Indonesian players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) with no currency conversion fees applied by zet4d.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited to your Account Balance within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga are generally credited within five minutes during standard banking hours. Deposits received outside standard hours may experience processing delays; zet4d is not liable for delays caused by the User's own bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by zet4d's payments team. Standard withdrawal timelines are as follows:

• E-wallet withdrawals (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): within 5 minutes during 08:00–22:00 WIB on business days.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga): within 30 minutes during 08:00–17:00 WIB on business days; requests received outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day.

Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification completion. zet4d reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation for large-value withdrawals as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations. Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where zet4d reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

zet4d offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the promotion page. Wagers placed on certain game types (e.g., live dealer baccarat, roulette, and other low-edge games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified in the promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Users with fully verified Accounts unless otherwise stated. One bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated on the promotion page. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum single-Wager limit applies as specified in the promotion terms. Wagers exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: zet4d employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies exploiting bonus conditions, and use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have Bonus Funds forfeited and may be suspended or permanently closed.
• Right to Amend or Withdraw: zet4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to fulfilling obligations already incurred under active promotion terms.

All Wagers placed on the zet4d Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the product-specific rules published within each section of the Platform (Sportsbook, Casino, Slots, and togel):

• Sportsbook: Bets are accepted up to the market close time displayed on each event. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for the Wager to win. Asian handicap (voor bola) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules as published in the Sportsbook rules section. In-play bets are accepted subject to connection speed and market availability; zet4d is not responsible for bets lost due to the User's internet connection failing after a Wager has been placed and confirmed.
• Live Casino: All live dealer games are operated in real time. Once a Wager is placed and the round has commenced, it cannot be cancelled. Technical disconnections occurring after a round commences do not entitle the User to a refund. Game history is recorded server-side and is available for review in the Account transaction history.
• Slots & RNG Games: All slot and RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within each game's information panel. Malfunction of any game voids all associated Wagers and pays; zet4d will refund affected stakes where a provable malfunction is confirmed.
• Togel: Togel draw results are published on the Platform immediately following each draw. Results are final once published. Disputes regarding togel results must be submitted within 24 hours of the draw result being posted.
• Odds and Prices: zet4d reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. A Wager placed at a clearly erroneous price (i.e., a price that differs materially from the market rate available at the time of placement) may be voided or settled at the correct price. zet4d will communicate such corrections to affected Users via Account notification.

Users of the zet4d Platform are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration, KYC, or any other Platform process
• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain without promptly reporting the issue to zet4d
• Using automated bots, scripts, or data-scraping tools to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other Users or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the Platform's source code, algorithms, or proprietary systems
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zet4d staff or other Users via any communication channel

All content on the zet4d Platform — including but not limited to the zet4d brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, graphics, text, audio, video, odds data, and game content — is owned by or licensed to zet4d and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to the User.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit Users to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use Platform content for any commercial purpose; or remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on Platform content.

zet4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

zet4d implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect User data, including 256-bit TLS encryption for all data in transit, access controls, and regular third-party security audits. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure; Users access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices and credentials.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zet4d shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if zet4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business arising from Platform downtime or technical failure
• Any losses arising from the User's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or from the User's own negligence
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja
• Any loss arising from the User accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited

In any event, zet4d's maximum aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zet4d makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

Closure by User: You may close your Account at any time by contacting zet4d support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any pending Wager settlements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

Closure by zet4d: zet4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or integrity violation
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormancy policy applies — see Account notification)
• zet4d ceasing to offer services to the User's jurisdiction

Where an Account is closed by zet4d for reasons other than a material breach by the User, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method. Where an Account is closed due to a User's material breach, zet4d reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and, where applicable, in accordance with legal obligations.

zet4d operates under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised offshore regulatory authority. These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which zet4d is incorporated and licensed, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with zet4d support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral institution specified by zet4d at the time of the dispute, at a venue and in a language to be agreed between the parties.

Nothing in this section prevents zet4d from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or to enforce compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

zet4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, zet4d will notify registered Users by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or to address an urgent security or integrity issue.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date.
